A Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) is a formal agreement that sets out arrangements for shared activities, cooperation and data/information exchange between two or more parties. The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) has put in place MoU agreements with various organisations that have an involvement in, or contribute to, matters relating to the environment.
An independent Review of the Environmental Protection Agency, carried out by an expert Review Group, recommended that all Memoranda of Understanding to which the EPA is a party be published on the EPA’s website.
We are currently undertaking a review of Memoranda of Understanding and as these reviews are finalised the relevant MoU will be published by agreement on this website.
Read the agreed Memoranda of Understanding.
