Mr Frank Conlon

Mr Frank Conlon is Divisional Manager, IDA Ireland, with responsibility for Regional Business Development, Strategic Property Management and Corporate Governance & Legal Services.  He was appointed to this post in July 2016 and also became a member of IDA’s Executive Leadership team.  As Divisional Manager, Frank holds responsibility for the delivery of the organisation’s regional and property strategies. His role also includes contributing to the delivery of IDA Ireland’s Regional Investment targets and delivering on the agency’s commitment to the DJEI Regional ‘Action Plan for Jobs’. Frank also oversees corporate governance within the IDA.  Prior to his appointment Frank held a number of senior posts within IDA Ireland, most recently as Manager of IDA’s Strategic Property Division.  Frank holds an MBA in International Business from University College Dublin and joined IDA in the mid- 1980s.  He has been a member of IDA’s senior management team since 2000.

IDA Ireland has overall accountability for winning and developing FDI in Ireland, which includes over 1200 companies employing c.187,000 people.  IDA launched its organisational strategy, Winning FDI 2015 – 2019 in January, 2015.
