The Air Quality Index for Health  is calculated every hour and tells you if air quality is good, fair, poor or very poor in your region. The Wexford site was located in the yard of County Hall on Spawell Road. Monitoring began in March 2005 and finished in March 2006.  Monitoring was done by a mobile unit containing continuous monitors for sulphur dioxide, nitrogen oxides, carbon monoxide, PM10 and benzene. Continuous samples were taken for metals.
