New Entrant Verification & Rationalisation Reports

The EPA in accordance with New Entrant ,CHP Set-aside and Rationalisation procedures is making the following verification report(s) available for comment by applicants and all interested third parties.

Report(s) will be open for comment for 10 working days with the final date indicated below. All comments should be addressed by email to: GHGpermit@epa.ie or by post to: Climate Change Unit, Environmental Protection Agency, Dublin Regional Inspectorate, McCumiskey House, Richview, Clonskeagh Road, Dublin 14, to arrive no later than 17.00 on the final day.

Any persons wishing to submit confidential information should follow the EPA guidance regarding submission of confidential information.

The EPA has received an objection from FMC International  Limited in relation to the proposed determination of its application for free allowances from the New Entrant and CHP Set Asides (Application number NE2-013/CHP2-05, EPA proposed New Entrant Verification Report dated 23 January 2012).  Any party may comment on the objection.  (The closing date for receipt of comments was 5 pm on 05 March 2012).
