Dumping At Sea Enforcement

From 15th February 2010 it is the function of the Office of Environmental Enforcement (OEE) to enforce the Dumping at Sea Act.  This work includes enforcement of all Dumping at Sea permits and investigation of all Dumping at Sea related complaints.
