EPA prosecutes South East Recycling Company Limited

On 25 February 2008 the Environmental Protection Agency prosecuted South East Recycling Company Limited at Wexford District Court.  The Company pleaded guilty to exceeding its annual waste tonnage limit in 2006 as set out in their licence.

On hearing details of the offences, Judge Anderson imposed fines of €3,000 and EPA costs of €11,500 were also awarded.
