As a qualifying Operator, what must I do?

In the first instance all Operators who are being administered by the Irish EPA or who feel that they should be but are not on the preliminary list should make initial contact to the EPA by email: AVETS@epa.ie

Qualifying operators will be required to submit Monitoring and Reporting plans to the EPA for approval no later than 31 August 2009. They may also apply for a Free Allocation of allowances which requires further data input from the operator.
