The Irish National Emission Trading Registry is at www.etr.ie.
To gain access to the Registry, you must apply to the Registry Manager for an account.
Every Operator (a company that has been issued with a greenhouse gas emissions permit) must open an Operator Holding Account (OHA) for each permitted installation.
To open an Operator Holding Account in the Registry please contact ETRAdmin@epa.ie and the necessary forms will be forwarded to you.
If you already hold an Operator Holding Account in the Registry but wish to change the details of same, please follow this link to download the relevant Operator Holding Account (OHA) updates guidance notes.
Organisations that do not hold a greenhouse gas emissions permit but wish to hold emission allowances may also open an account in the Registry. These accounts are known as Person Holding Accounts (PHA).

Accredited Verifier Organisations may also open an account by downloading a Verifier Application Guidance Note at this link.
