May 2011:
Final Reminder of overdue submissions to EPA licensed facilities operators regarding Annual Reporting of Environmental Information to the EPA for the reporting year 2010. The Emails gave a link to the original reminder Emails on the website and informed facilities that enforcement actions were imminent. It provided contact details for the EPA's helpdesks for dealing with queries relating to the reporting tasks and a link to the reporting website.
April 2011:
Overdue notification to EPA licensed facilities and relevant non EPA licensed operators regarding Annual Reporting of Environmental Information to the EPA for the reporting year 2010. The Emails reminded facilities of reporting deadlines, changes to reporting requirements for EPA licensed facilities and updates to the PRTR excel workbook. It provided contact details for the EPA's helpdesks for dealing with queries relating to the reporting tasks.
March 2011:
Notification to EPA licensed facilities (excluding UWWTP) and relevant non EPA licensed operators regarding Annual Reporting of Environmental Information to the EPA for the reporting year 2010. The Emails set out reporting deadlines, changes to reporting requirements for EPA licensed facilities and updates to the PRTR excel workbook. It provided contact details for the EPA's helpdesks for dealing with queries relating to the reporting tasks.
May 2010:
Notification to EPA-Licensed facilities regarding Annual Reporting of Environmental Information to the EPA for the reporting year 2009. The letter set out the three reporting tasks, provided site-specific usernames and passwords for accessing the AER/ PRTR reporting website, provided links to the EPA’s AER / PRTR Guidance and provided contact details for the EPA’s helpdesks for dealing with queries relating to the reporting tasks.
October 2009:
Notification to EPA-Licensed facilities regarding non completion of Statutory Reporting of Environmental Information (AER/PRTR) to the Environmental Protection Agency. This letter notified relevant licensees that Tasks 1, 2 or 3 were not completed to date (the reporting deadline being 31/3/09 or earlier according to the requirements of their licence).
February 2009:
Notification to EPA-Licensed facilities regarding Annual Reporting of Environmental Information to the EPA for the reporting year 2008. The letter set out the three reporting tasks, provided site-specific usernames and passwords for accessing the AER/ PRTR reporting website, provided links to the EPA’s AER / PRTR Guidance and provided contact details for the EPA’s helpdesks for dealing with queries relating to the reporting tasks.
11 March 2008 :
Notification that the EPA’s web based AER / PRTR reporting system was operational and available for uploading AER / PRTR Emissions and Waste Transfers data for the 2007 reporting year. This letter provided a unique username and password to each facility to allow access to the web based reporting system. Note that the username and password for the 2007 reporting year are different from those for 2008 and following reporting years.
21 December 2007:
Invitation to attend a sector-specific EPA Training Seminar on the new reporting requirements and on the web-based data reporting system developed by the EPA to provide a simple means for facilities to meet their AER / PRTR reporting requirements

Notification to both EPA-Licensed facilities and relevant non EPA-Licensed operators of the implementation of the PRTR Regulations, and the reporting obligations arising thereunder in relation to licensed and non-licensed facilities;
