Prosecutions in 2005

Our Office of Environmental Enforcement (OEE) considers the use of prosecutions in conjunction with other enforcement tools such as legal notices to implement specific measures to prevent or remedy pollution. Where the circumstances warrant it, immediate prosecution will be pursued.
