On 27th May 2010, the Environmental Protection Agency issued a Final Decision to grant a Waste Licence to Fingal County Council to develop an engineered landfill and public recycling facility at Nevitt, Lusk, Co Dublin, Reg No: W0231-01. Only residual waste (pre treated waste) may be accepted for landfilling at this facility.
