The measurement method measures both PM10 and PM2.5. The green portion of each bar represents the PM2.5 fraction. While sampling is continuous, weights are measured later, therefore the results are not available immediately. The most recent available results are shown on the graph.
The PM10 daily limit of 50 ug m-3 is deemed breached if more than 35 exceedances have occurred. There have been 4 exceedances at this site to date in 2012.
There is no daily limit for PM2.5. The annual target value for PM2.5 is 25 ug m-3.
