Benzo (a) Pyrene (BaP) is measured as part of the PM10 sampling process. Particulate filters are digested in the lab and analysed for BaP.
The Air Quality Regulations require the results for benzene and benzo (a) pyrene as an average value over the preceding 12 months, on at least a three-monthly basis. Check the site log for additional information.
