Office of Evidence and Assessment (OEA)

The office of evidence and assessment is the main source of scientific evidence and advice on Ireland’s environment. We collect accurate information to provide reliable and meaningful assessments of our environment. Such information is available to the public, stakeholders and policy-makers to help them make informed decisions.

The office is split into two main areas. The water management programme and the environmental evidence programme.
