Air monitoring is currently not carried out at Old Station Road, Cork. 

Historical air monitoring information

Air monitoring was previously carried out at the Old Station Road site operated by Cork City Council on the south side of the River Lee near City Hall, about 500m from the Cork city centre.

Monitoring was carried out using continuous monitors for sulphur dioxide, nitrogen oxides, carbon monoxide and ozone. Continuous samples were also taken for particulates (PM2.5 and PM10), and benzene.

Monitoring at the Old Station Road site ceased in 2013.
