Due to the volume of complaints received, the EPA is no longer in a position to respond directly to complainants. In the case of a non confidential complaint, your complaint will be referred to the licensee for investigation and direct response to the complainant. In the case of a confidential complaint, your complaint (without personal information) will be referred to the licensee for investigation. Updates will be available on this webpage, on the status of the current investigation into the dust issue, in the west Limerick area.
