Volatile Organic Compound(VOC) Legislation

The requirements for applications for a Volatile Organic Compounds (VOC) permit in Ireland are set out in the following regulations:

• EPA Act 1992 (Control of Volatile Organic Compound Emissions Resulting from Petrol Storage and Distribution) Regulations, 1997 (S.I. 374 of 1997).
