Summary: The fifth Nitrates Action Plan (NAP) and the Good Agricultural Practice Regulations 2022 (S.I. 113 of 2022) assign an expanded enforcement role to the EPA in relation to the oversight of Local Authority agricultural inspections.

Interviews are likely to be held during the week of 10th July 2023.

The selection process may include:

• Shortlisting of candidates on the basis of the information contained in their application;
• A competitive interview which may be face to face or remote (using Microsoft Teams)
