Summary: Account information report
In line with the data protection requirements of Regulation (EC) No. 45/2001 and Directive 95/46/EC and in accordance with Article 110.1 and Annex XIV of Commission Regulation (EU) No. 389/2013, the information on account representatives, account holdings, account numbers, all transactions made and carbon unit identifiers, held in the EUTL, the Union Registry and any other KP Registry (required by paragraph 45) is considered confidential.
