Archived Annual Installation Emissions Report Form

Summary: Each installation must submit a verified Annual Installation Emissions Report (AIER) to the EPA by March 31 each year. IRL ETS 011/04 is the report template you are required to use for this submission. Installations should complete the form using the AIER guidance notes (IRL ETS 012/02) and have it verified by their accredited verifier.
