This event brings together members of the judiciary, legal practitioners, regulators, policymakers, and academics to explore current and emerging issues in environmental law enforcement in Ireland and the EU.
A highlight of this year's conference will be a keynote address by Commissioner Michael McGrath, entitled “Why the Environment is a Rule of Law Issue.”
