Air Quality Monitoring at Rahoon Road, Galway

Rahoon road station, in Galway, updates every two to five minutes with the calculated Air Quality Index for Health (AQIH) and the Air Quality Map shows you if air quality is good, fair, poor or very poor.‌‌

The particulate matter (PM10) monitor is located on a busy road on the outskirts of Galway City. It is operated by the Public Analyst Laboratory Galway. 

The measurement method used for PM10 is not automatic therefore the results are not available immediately. It shows up on The AQIH Map in blue and data will only be available following laboratory analysis.The most recent available results can be viewed through the link below.
