Project Abstract

The project will measure the impact that applied skills training has upon attitudes and behaviours in various sectors and will provide a methodology for such impact analysis that can be replicated by other organisations. The project will also deliver a complete applied training programme and associated promotional materials ready to market. Continued success and uptake of the course will lead to job creation in a regeneration area. The results will be promoted online, at conferences and in relevant journals.
