Project Abstract
The Workshops and on site mentoring will transfer knowledge to company staff so that they can drive environemtal improvements. Productivity improvement and resource minimisation will save companies 10% on ernergy, waste and improve OEE by 10%. We will educate the staff and give them methodologies for measurement of KPI's. The economic benefit will exceed �250,000 in savings across the 12 companies and they will be left with an informal documented environmental management system to focus environmental objectives each year. Results will be put on a website, a national workshop/conferance will be run at end of project to disseminate results
