The achievement of this goal depends on a thorough understanding of research, policy and practice needs in this topic area at various levels, across a number of disciplines and to a variety of stakeholders. It involves coordinating a wide and diverse network of data, information providers and end users, with varying understanding of needs and solutions. It involves the dissemination of tailored information to specific audiences, and assisting in meeting International requirements around adaptation planning and implementation.
