Project Abstract
2014-2020 is a key period for the development of revised inventory methodologies. Development at international level are likely to revise some of the reporting and accounting rules especially in relation to agricultural and LULUCF in order to meet new reporting adn accounting requireemnts at EU and UNFCCC levels. The research will establish the resources required to meet these needs both in terms of new research and additional national inventory systems (data, methods and procedures). The fellow will coordiante with other funding agencies and key players to ensure a coherent approach to developing solutions and building a critical mass of expertise to ensure continuity of research input.
