Project Abstract
The environmental benefits above The economic benefits are to be understood during the project but as an award winning supplier of Pork in Athlone we are keen to cement our relationships with customers and have already put in an EMS to ISO14001 in September. It is anticipated that packaging costs for less waste and thinner film may incur a price increase but this will be offset by improvements in logistics optimisation. We are keen to share learnings and impart knowledge to our suppliers who are typically removed from the retainers so that they reduce energy, packaging, logistics etc
