Project Abstract
Application of Eco-Design principles to prevent 870 tonnes of packaging being consumed is the ultimate in CGP. The minimisation of Bakery waste has environmental saving but it is incumbent on us to use the input crops efficiently as the demands for them exceed supply.. The technical packaging challenges will demonstrate to others the feasibility and our packaging being dispatched will be very lean when compared to the market sector. The results will be promoted widely in print media, web site, trade shows and we will host visits for interested parties EPA events and other relevant dissemination events.
