Project Abstract
1. 10 Wexford businesses saving at minimum �20,000 annually in energy, waste and water costs. 2. The same 10 businesses will achieve improvements in their environmental sustainability as a result of the cost-saving measures. 3. Up to 10 Wexford businesses achieving EcoMerit certification, leading to further year-on-year improvements. Organisations retaining EcoMerit certification achieve an average 9% annual improvement in their carbon footprint, year-on-year. 4. A number of Wexford businesses publishing their carbon footprint data annually. 5. The Chamber updating its directory of green Wexford businesses, available on Chamber and LEO websites. 6. Green business conference near end of year.
