Project Abstract

? Reduce energy consumption throughout the facilities through electricity and thermal heat management. ? Reduce waste within the organisation by maximising composting and recycling. ? Conserve water by installing rainwater harvesting and fitting tap aerators. ? Convert waste clothes that otherwise would be used for rags in China into new clothes items which can be used in Ireland. ? Simon Community and Sue Ryder will partner together to increase the revenue generate from clothes re-sale in Ireland. Development of a take back service where unsold products can be reintegrated and resold.
