Project Abstract

Climate Predictions have marked uncertainty, due to model imperfections and the chaotic nature of the atmosphere & ocean dynamics. The goal of this research is to quantify this uncertainty using a Multi-Model Ensemble (MME) approach. The ensemble of simulations will be generated using several Regional Climate Models, driven by several Global Climate Models. This will enable us to estimate the probability density function of predicted changes, and to provide a measure of confidence in the predictions.
