Project Abstract
The WINCOMS acronym stands for i'Water Framework Directive i- Integration Negotiation and Communication of Optimal Measures with Stakeholdersi and its objective was to provide a detailed assessment of available measures recommendations for and practical demonstrations of DSSs that can integrate knowledge of the performance of the best available measures withthe criteria and preferences of all relevant stakeholders and which can be used by stakeholders and others for decision analysis negotiation and mediation in developing WFD policy and measures.
