Summary: The EPA is recruiting a Scientific Officer II (Level 4) Analytical Chemist. An immediate vacancy exists in the EPA Kilkenny Water Laboratory, which carries out analysis of environmental samples using a range of modern analytical techniques and instrumentation. This role will involve managing and implementing monitoring programmes for the measurement of a range of pollutants, including trace level contaminants, in Irish waters for the purpose of providing evidence of water quality status.

Closing Date for Applications is 4.00pm on Thursday 5th November 2026.
