Summary: The objective of this guidance handbook is to provide practical information, advice and guidance to relevant Action Planning Authorities for the purpose of developing noise action plans for the noise sources required under the European Communities (Environmental Noise) Regulations 2018, S.I. No. 549 of 2018, (Regulations), as amended.
