UCC Distillery Fields, Cork

AQIH UCC AQIH UCC AQIH UCC4 The Environmental Protection Agency manages the National Ambient Air Quality Network. UCC Distillery Fields station updates every two to five minutes with the calculated Air Quality Index for Health (AQIH) and the Air Quality Map shows you if air quality is good, fair, poor or very poor. The Distillery Fields air monitoring site is located on the grounds of the University College Cork (UCC) campus. The site is currently operated in partnership by EPA and UCC.

Monitoring is done using continuous monitors for  nitrogen oxides,  ozone and particulate matter (PM2.5), which are shown graphically as follows:
