Summary: This handbook has been prepared by the Environmental Protection Agency (the EPA) to assist the Water Services Authorities (WSAs) to implement the provisions of the European Communities (Drinking Water) (No. 2) Regulations 2007 (S.I. 278 of 2007) (the Regulations) in respect of public water supplies provided by the WSAs.
