List of Waste Queries

Representatives from the Local Government Sector and the EPA have developed a facility to allow all stakeholders channel complex waste classification queries through a dedicated forum.

If you have a query on a specific LoW entry, please submit queries via the LoW Query Web Form.

Please note that queries in relation to whether a waste is considered hazardous or non-hazardous will not be considered. Furthermore, general queries in relation to waste authorisations will not be facilitated, and any such queries should continue to be directed through the appropriate regulatory body.
