Summary: Application for a departure from the parametric values specified in Table B of Part 1 of the Schedule of the European Communities (Drinking Water) Regulations, 2007. A departure is a temporary (not exceeding three years) authorisation for a sanitary authority to exceed the chemical parametric values in the drinking water regulations.
