Radiological Protection (Miscellaneous Provisions) Act 2014

Summary: An act to provide for the dissolution of the Radiological Protection Institute of Ireland and the transfer of all its functions, assets, liabilities and staff to the EPA to give effect to the Amendment to the Convention on the Physical Protection of Nuclear Material done at Vienna on 8 July 2005; to amend the Radiological Protection Act 1991, the Environmental Protection Agency Act 1992.
