Waste management (end of life vehicles) regulations 2006

Summary: From November 1 2006, any producer involved in placing certain vehicles on the market has had to establish a national system for the collection of that producer’s brand or for which that producer has responsibility and which that producer anticipates will become end-of-life vehicles requiring treatment and recovery.
