Project Abstract
Economically, an increased protein production will aid in meeting the global demand. Employment opportunities. Environmentally, the process will see a focus on reducing GHG emissions, utilization of waste streams and the production of a sustainable protein source with potential to reduce dependence on antibiotics. Build relationships with businesses who wish to sustainably dispose of waste. Collaborate with industry partners in developing our system. Hexafly will promote the outcomes of the project through press releases, applications for awards and at events. We will supply information and results of the project to our network of customers and collaborators (such as university partners).
