Project Abstract
Gas saving of 7% of 700,000 Litres would save appproximately 5000 litres of gas. 90 Tonnes of plastic could save the company between �100,000 and �200,000 per year but we may have to redesign some products and modify moulds to achieve 5% saving and 375 Tonnes of CO2 . Insulation on ovens would reduce heat loss as the outer door temperature is 81 degrees in one place and 124 close by wher insulatioon has degraded. All of these projects are transferrable to others in plastics inductry and manufacturing companies. The expected Retrun on Investment is less than 2 years.
