Project Abstract

Since almost 5 years, I?ve been working in a small team with less than 15 persons. As we are a small team, each one has to be helpful and polyvalent. I usually help for GC measurements or airborne measurements. It?s not a problem for me to adapt as my profile is precisely polyvalent and as I?m interested and curious in new tasks. Polyvalent also means that I feel as comfortable with the data processing as with the analysis and instrumentation work. I?m used to working with the Idl computer programming language for the data processing. I?ve also written several reports concerning analyser operating instructions or metrology results. On the other hand, I?m also able to set up an experiment or to use the Labview software for data acquisition. My work also requires being rigorous. To get high precise measurements, you have to be very careful and to work properly. To conclude, I would say that during these last 5 years, I?ve also developed my qualities of work organisation and resourcefulness. By participating to several field campaigns to install new instruments or to do maintenance operations, I know what the organisation of a mission is. I also know that sometimes, in the field, you have to do by yourself when you have to repair an instrument.
