Project Abstract
As the project incorporates new technology and blue sky thinking it is difficult to quantify the expected benefits of the project. However, a similar application was developed for use in the Greater Manchester area R4GM which had 85 downloads in the first month, although there is no available usage data. Assuming that the application achieves a similar, conservative, download success for the first year of the operation with each user using it to reuse an average of 6 times the app would divert 6,120 items from landfill.
