Summary: These regulations transpose the 4th Daughter Directive 2004/107/EC dealing with arsenic, cadmium, nickel, mercury and polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons into Irish law. Schedule VI of the Regulations change the boundaries of Air Quality Zones C & D, amending part of the Air Quality Regulations 2002 and the Ozone in Ambient Air Regulations 2004.
