Please see the webpage on authorisation here for further information on applying for authorisation and managing your authorisation.

Data Reconciliation for Monitoring and Control Module

The data reconciliation for monitoring and control (DRMC) component of the CBAM Registry monitors the authorised CBAM Declarant’s account and gives declarants a view of all data on imported goods, emissions, certificates and penalties. Training material is provided by the European Commission here

Operators of Third Country Installations Module

The Operators of Third Country Installations module of the CBAM Registry allows installation operators outside the EU to upload and share their installations and emissions data with CBAM declarants.  The Commission validates access requests from third-country operators and grant access where appropriate.

Guidance on registration procedures and training material is provided by the European Commission here.
