Financial Reports (Cost Statements) and Technical Progress Reports should be submitted to the EPA during the lifetime of the project, using the templates available below.
Technical Progress Reports are due on 28 January & 28 July for Projects and on 1 October for Scholarships.

Please return a signed copy of your request by post to your STRIVE Administrative Officer (Environmental Protection Agency, McCumiskey House, Clonskeagh Road – Richview, Dublin 14) and provide also an electronic copy by e-mail.
